Production

The production process consists of 5 basic phases, each one specifically defined in order to ensure a high quality result in the shortest possible time.

PREPARATION

Approval of samples is given and product specifications are collected. A database entry is made and a production order is issued.

MATERIAL'S CHECK

Based on approved suppliers and specifications of materials, there is a continuous quality control of incoming materials.

PREPRINTING

Production and quality control of CTP pewter is completed.

PRODUCTION

The printing process is carried out, followed by the cutting and finishing process.Quality control of all phases is carried out.

FINAL RESULT CHECK

Specific final checks are applied to the result and a quality certificate is issued.

Industrial Design Team

The industrial design team, through continuous research and the company’s extensive experience, has developed expertise in the design of packaging and promotional products. Different solutions, choice of materials and ergonomic proposals add value and functionality to packaging, improving the attractiveness of products.

Printing Braille

The use of Braille is mandatory on many products, especially in the pharmaceutical sector. The company’s expertise in this particular application is significant. It has been chosen to apply Braille to the gluing machine, using the Accubraille ® system which gives a significantly better result and greater fidelity. In contrast, other companies in the industry choose to apply Braille at the cutting stage with a lower quality result.
